I'm not a Disney fan by any means but I do love a good villain and I don't think anyone embodies this more than Ursula from The Little Mermaid; a desperate sea sorceress, with a serious power complex.

I've seen a lot of people do this look, especially around halloween, but I wanted to add my own (extremely) slight twist.

Basically, I just used white liquid liner to make it look a bit pop art(ish) and made the gal look a little upset.

I mean, you'd be slightly miffed too if you got impaled by a wooden ship...just saying.
